Shipping process
Once you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. It takes us 1–2 business days (Mon - Fri) to process the order and if you place the order before 4:00 pm AEST, we'll start working on it the same day.
Once dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page using the tracking code you received in the email. Normally it takes 4–6 business days (Mon - Fri) before the order reaches you.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delayed orders
Have 8 business days (Mon - Fri) passed and you still don't have your order? Sorry for that, but delays can happen due to various reasons, such as bad weather, holidays and so on. Please give us additional 3 business days (Mon - Fri). If the package doesn't arrive by then, please contact us and we will help you finding it.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once your order has been processed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery, if the item is damaged during transit or if you find out that we send you a wrong item, please take pictures of the issue and contact us immediately. We are very sorry if this happens. Our customer support will make sure you get a replacement.
