1. How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes us 1–2 business days (Mon - Fri) to process the order and if you place the order before 4:00 pm AEST, we'll start working on it the same day. Once dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking information. Normally it takes 4–6 business days (Mon - Fri) before the order reaches you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the latest information about shipping and delivery.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page using the tracking code you received in the email.

3. It’s been 8 business days and I still haven’t received my package.

Sorry for that, but delays can happen due to various reasons, such as bad weather, holidays and so on. Please give us additional 3 business days (Mon - Fri). If the package doesn't arrive by then, please contact us and we will help you find it.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once your order has been processed.
